FP&A Analyst

Within our Finance Team, located in San Gemini (TR) or Rome (RM), we are looking for n.1 Financial Planning, Reporting & Analyst who will be in charge of the company's economic planning and strategic analysis, supporting informed decision-making and the achievement of business objectives.Specifically, you will dedicate yourself to:

  • Preparing annual budget forecasts and projections;
  • Developing and managing ad hoc economic models to assess company performance;
  • Analyzing and interpreting monthly economic data, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks;
  • Working in partnership with the administrative department in the monthly closing process;
  • Monitoring actual results against plans and providing explanations and recommendations in case of deviations;
  • Collaborating with company departments to provide support in optimizing performance;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Education:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in an FP&A role or a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and data analysis;
  • Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and BI tools (e.g., SAP) as a plus;
  • Good command of English (minimum level B2);
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively;
  • Strong results orientation, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
