IT Business Applications Analyst Factory (BAA)

Within our ENSE IT Team, we are looking for n.1 IT Business Application Analyst - Factory side to deal with the analysis, evaluation of technological and IT business processes, focusing its work on the efficiency of productivity and quality of Operations & Manufacturing side processes.

This opportunity will allow you to manage the applications in use in the company and/or proposes new applications and IT systems (projects) that will help the company to achieve the objectives set, specifically:

  • Analysis of business processes to identify significant opportunities for improvement;
  • Plans and conducts IT mould design (also on top of BAU activities) defining suppliers/timetables and interested users;
  • Organize and hold training sessions to familiarize employees with new software or computer applications;
  • Guarantees the execution of preliminary tests against changes made or implementations made on existing applications;
  • Prepare clear and precise documentation for business process mapping, application configuration guidelines and system integrations;
  • Constant dialogue with the group and local IT team, various heads of department and corporate bodies;
  • Collection of user feedback and support when needed.

Education: 

  • Preferably graduated in Computer Engineering or similar, will be considered a plus the possession of Masters or related certifications.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Proven experience in multinational companies possibly vertical on manufacturing;
  • Proficiency in English (French will be a plus)
  • Medium to high level computer skills: ERP systems (SAP Business One), manufacturing applications;
  • Problem solving, pro activity, decision maker, business oriented.
